I am a Pet Portrait and Wildlife Artist situated in Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada.  I create realistic one of a kind portraits made primarily from coloured pencil.  My portraits are made from the highest quality artist grade materials. I believe and evidence is mounting that animals do experience at least some degree of emotion.

In my art I capture the subject’s personality and the emotions that they may be feeling.  I strive to inject the sense that you can touch them, feel their fur and that you are there in their environment with them.  In the end it is my hope that someone looking at my art will feel a connection with nature and the animals in it.

 

In future, I hope to have more time to develop wildlife portraits from my own surroundings in Canada.
